This text encompasses a complete BRM course of study which meets and/or exceeds the requirements of the following regulatory bodies: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), International Convention for the Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, the International Convention of Safety of Life At Sea (SOLAS), and the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS).
